IndiGive Foundation is instituting a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations as digital payments are becoming more frequent. User/Visitor and donors/potential donor to pay kind attention to the following:

• IndiGive Foundation expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making the donations.
• IndiGive Foundation also recognises that a donation may have been made erroneously or donors may have changed their mind.
• IndiGive Foundation shall examine all requests for refund of donations made on a case-by-case basis and will endeavour to make the refund.
• IndiGive Foundation may also seek further information/documents to prove the veracity of the request/claim made and donors must cooperate in this regard.

However, it may be duly noted that IndiGive Foundation is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any such requests for refund of donations, particularly if a tax exemption filing has been completed.

In case any donors would like to get the refund of the donation made to the IndiGive Foundation, they must send a request to the IndiGive Foundation with regards to the same. The request can be made in writing or by email for a refund and it shall reach IndiGive Foundation within 15 (fifteen) days from the date on which you made the donation i.e., the date of transaction. Please note that, any request made/received after 15 days of date of donation/transaction may not be entertained by the IndiGive Foundation.

This refund policy is applicable to all the donation made through online means/on the platform, electronically or through other means, or through cheque/demand draft to IndiGive Foundation or through someone authorised by IndiGive Foundation for this purpose, OR despatched the cheque/demand draft to IndiGive Foundation by other means.

The written request stating reason for requesting refund must be sent to the address stated below and they shall be entertained only if it contains all the following details pertaining to the donation made:

• Donation amount
• If donation was made through cheque/draft, please provide Cheque/Draft no.
• If donation was made through credit card/debit card, please provide credit/debit Card no. (last 4 digits only).
• If donation was made online, please provide Donation-ID

Note: All decisions of IndiGive Foundation in this regard shall be final and binding on the donor.
